Briefings for coach passengers

Coaches for the TUC demonstration cannot drop off or pick-up passengers at the march due to widespread road closures. Drop offs in central London will be very difficult too as traffic will be really busy on the day.

In most cases coaches will be parking for the day at one of three coach parks organised by the TUC, and these will make the best drop off points, as they’ve been chosen for proximity to accessible public transport to the march start. You’ll need to go back to the coach park on public transport too to rejoin your coach.

While this will make the journeys more complicated, it is likely to be quicker as you can travel much more quickly through Central London by tube than by coach, especially when the streets are gridlocked.
