Coach organisers’ info

There will be extensive road closures in London on the day of the march, and coaches won’t be able to drop off near Embankment.

We have identified a range of coach parks around central London for use on the day. They’re planned for easy routes in and out of London from different regions of the country, and we’ve tried to choose ones near accessible public transport routes, to help make the final leg of the journey for marchers as quick as possible.

Coach parking spaces can be booked by either coach companies directly, or by the hiring organisation e.g. a union branch. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure that all paperwork arrives with the appropriate coach on the day.

IMPORTANT: Register your coaches!

If you’re arranging transport for the demo it’s really important that you register and add the details about your coaches, as soon as possible, to the False Economy website at: http://falseeconomy.org.uk/travel/add.

People who are interested in joining the rally and march will check the False Economy website to find out if there are any coaches leaving from their local areas so it’s really important that all transport is registered on the site.

You can see a list of coaches that are transporting people to the demo here.
